HR Fundamentals is about getting human resource basics right. We specialise in small to medium businesses.

We do this by utilizing our in-house skills and using specialist partners to extend our services at the appropriate time.

Principal consultant: Lisa Donohoe has accumulated a wealth of HR experience working in the corporate sector over the past 15 years. Her experience covers a range of industries including high profile brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Morgan & Banks and Virgin Mobile Australia.

More recently Lisa spent four years in the professional services environment as HR Manager for Cutler Hughes & Harris, a commercial mid tier law firm.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in HR and industrial relations, Lisa has a reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercial HR services and solutions that get results.
